Return and Refund Policy

At Saussh Handbags, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Once your return request is approved, the return and refund process will be completed within 30 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note that items that are damaged, used, altered, or returned after the 14-day return window may not be eligible for a refund.
